1st Team Cup Replay

The 1st Team's Willis Cup Preliminary Round match against Wanderers Reserves is to be replayed on Saturday 1st October at 2pm, again at St. John.

St. John won Saturday's match on penalties but the game incorrectly went straight to penalties after 90 minutes - extra time should have been played.

The winners will face St. Ouen Reserves on Tuesday 18th October 7.30pm at Les Quennevais.

1st Team defeat Trinity

A superb result for the 1st Team had at the weekend when they defeated Premiership Trinity in the Preliminary Round of the Le Riche Cup.

The goals were scored by Rui Marques and Mark Roche.

Cup draws

The draws for the Le Riche Cup and Dog Club Trophy were made at the weekend.

The 1st Team's reward for defeating Trinity in the last round is another tough one, this time away to Jersey Scottish who currently sit top of the Premiership.

The Reserves will face St. Ouen Reserves.

Both games take place on Saturday 5th November.

JFA Memberships - IMPORTANT

The JFA have reviewed their records and provided a report of players who have played football for St. John this season but have not paid their JFA membership fees (please note, these are separate to any subs paid to St. John FC).

It is imperative that your fees are paid by the 8th November 2011 if you wish to continue playing or you will be placed on a suspended list and will be unable to play until you have paid them.

Ladies Cup Final this Thursday

St. John Ladies face St. Paul's in the final on the Zenith Cup at Springfield on Thursday 10th November. Kick off is 7:30pm.

Please come along and support their attempt to secure the clubs 1st trophy of the season.

St. John retain the Zenith Trophy in the match that had everything except a
penalty shoot out and that was only seconds away.

St. John become the first team to retain the trophy since the first two
finals were won by the now defunct St. Peter

Ladies win League & Over 40's the Cup!

Big congratulations to both the Ladies team and the Over 40's who won trophies over the past few days.

On Sunday morning the Ladies drew 1-1 with St. Pauls to secure the league title whilst last Thursday evening our Over 40's defeated Rozel Rovers 2-1 in the final of the Jayson Lee Memorial Trophy at Springfield.

Ladies do the Treble!

Congratulations to our Ladies team who won the Colin Welsh Trophy for the 3rd successive season yesterday evening at Springfield.

They defeated St Pauls 4-0 with goals from Jess Vieira, Fiona McKinnon and a Rose Corbet brace.

The success sees them win the domestic treble for the 2nd season in a row.

Ladies are Channel Islands Champions!

Our Ladies team completed a clean sweep of trophies at the weekend when they defeated St. Martin Ladies in Guernsey to win the Ladies Upton.

Goals from Rachel Boweker, Jess Vieira, Laura Robertson and an OG secured a 4-2 win.

Congratulations to all involved on an amazing season.
